In the meantime, statewide election dates are published by the Maine Secretary of State, and the Town Office can confirm Dresden specifics by phone at 207-737-4335.
Registering to vote
Dresden residents register to vote with the Town Clerk at the Town Office, and may also register at the polls on election day. Bring proof of identity and proof of residency. The Town Clerk also processes party enrolment changes and address updates.
Absentee voting
Absentee ballots for Dresden voters are requested through the Town Clerk or the State's online absentee ballot request service. The online service is only open while an election is active. Completed ballots are returned to the Town Office as directed on the ballot envelope.
